Hiya!
A friend gave me a bag of novels about a week ago. They were supposed to give me a break from my mind, or thinking or something! Chose The Traveler first - hahahahaha!!!!!!!!!
Immediately sucked in, then googled around and joined.
Lauren's my name, I teach at a couple of little community colleges, and have to work at not exposing my beliefs. Just dance around them, suggest some hypotheses, tell them not to believe me or anyone else. Still only half way through The Traveler since school has just started and I'm just too busy or tired, but will probably post this, shut down the computer and devour the rest today.
Glad you're all here, and looking forward to learning more...
Glad your here, we all have different reasons for joining and different dreams of the future, but I think its safe to say we all value our privacy and freedom and were willing to fight to maintain it. We're a close group and I'm sure you will meet every one soon enough. In the mean time finish the Traveler (its a great book and the reason most of us are here) and have fun in class.

Hello everyone. I have just joined, and thought I should introduce myself.
My name is Wesley, and when I first purchased the Traveller, I had no idea of the pervasive surveillance that surrounds us in our everyday life. After finishing The Traveller, I quickly got the last two books of the Fourth Realm Trilogy, and made quick work of them. I then found a site where I managed to leave a message to JXIIH. When he replied, I was overjoyed to find he had spoken to me, and I was led to this site. I took a look around the forum when I first came here, but didn't sign up immediately.
Now that I have, I hope to make good friends with other people around here, and that I become more educated in ways to combat the Vast Machine.
Other then that, I like to read books, (particularly rereading the Fourth Realm Trilogy) write short stories, and watch movies.
EDIT: Perhaps this should have gone somewhere else... my bad...
Finished the book. The bag contained the first and last, so now I have to wait for the second. Bummer.
Just discovered the crazy not logged in version of the site. I'd saved the link on my toolbar, but it didn't work, so I had to google quite a bit to get to a real page to login. The source code's the same. What's up with that? Maybe I got here through a direct link at first. Anyone know?
