Im in a time in my life where i have nothing left and no one to care. So with this, i need ideas where to move to start over. I have no strings or relations in any states. Im ready to just disappear. Be someone new. Finally be off the grid.

     I know where you're

I know where you're coming from. I would like nothing more than to do exactly the same. I think the first step and most important is finding a place to live. I don't know if you have the resources to buy your own land but this is a good link to check out if you are looking at buying land. In this economy doing that would be really hard so I think your next viable option (at least for me this was the next viable option) is to join a community of people who are also looking to get off the grid. I would reccomend that you check out the website http://ic.org/ I'm not sure what country you're from I think the majority of the communities on that site are in the US. There may be a European site that provides the same service but I'm not sure. You might do some looking around for that. On ic.org there is a section called the Reach Book where communities post that they have an opening or people looking for a community can tell potenial communties a little bit about themselves. There are other options depending on how devoted you are. I've known some people to come up with an agreement with land owners to work for them and stay on their land. Having a job is something that is very necessary unless you have the knowledge and fortitude to live entirely off the land (it's more possible than you might think). Having a job is mostly an on-the-grid affair but there are possibilities. This I think relies mostly on networking. I'm sure there's more I could cover but I reccomend that you do some research online, and go to your public library and go from there.

Best of luck
