Facebook/Myspace Considerations

I read this article recently from the New York Times and though it was worth sharing.  The article talks about the implications of having government agencies/individuals as friends on your facebook or myspace pages.  I'll be honest.  I did "friend" Obama during the election as a means of getting up to date information and to show my support.  But I had not thought about what that might mean in terms of information sharing.  You can find the story here:

Social networking sites like facebook, myspace, and among others are very useful in spreading information. I agree that they use those websites in order to know the ideas or opinion about campaign for example. They can also get a good suggestion from people.
